Pros

Benefits, if your lucky to have them.

Cons

Company has Compleatly unrealistic expectations and "goals". Upper management is clueless. Your treated like a dog. 12 to 14 hour days. Never have a day off without 20+ calls. No support or help from DM's they only ride you and beat you down. During holidays, forget your family cause you won't see them at all much less eat or use the restroom. Keeping staff is impossible with the amount of stress and no pay. No way to advance and never any pay compensation for a job well done. Just a plastic pin and a handshake.

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
