Pros

Worked with GREAT people! I loved my team! My managers were AMAZING! They really pulled the team together. Also got some cool bonuses for sales of large packages. Got some great sales experience. Environment is fast paced (pro and con).

Cons

There are some very cranky parents that come into that place. This takes a toll on you by the end of the season. Schedule is always always crazy. It is super fast paced (pro and con). There is not really any "training" it is very quick and dirty, get you up to speed, throw you in the field. I know that it is a hands on learning type of situation, but there could be more practice, and more cohesive training.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
