Repeatedly change policy & practice with out warning or consulting those who do the actual work. New culture program created more resentment & dissatisfaction than it solves. Tell us how bad multi-tasking is for your brain, cares, & accuracy. Still expect you to multi-task. Tells you to "own every problem". Then punishes those who try to. Says residents and employees are important then allowes corporate managers to mock & make fun of them and how "stupid" they are.
Tells you to be sympathetic & understanding. Then when you get outsourced ypu are told to act happy & get over it less than 24 hours later.
Not that any of that will matter for long since the goal seems to be to outsource everyone so vp's & upper management can go golfing & buy fancy pictures & go clubbing without having to deal with actual employee's.
