Pros

Great co-workers, hard working and friendly Wide range of projects to drive Fast pace environment

Cons

Bullying culture is accepted and HR does nothing, you have to take it or leave. Poor management, some people should never be people managers, I think they were just cheap to hire! No official training in any team, company relies on co-workers to train new hires. High turnover - people either leave or are made redundant, the whole teams are replaced within 2 years. Lack of strategy, company is waiting for a buyout, missed a boat for going public.

Thank you for taking time to share your feedback. We read every review and treat every employee's comments with the utmost seriousness. We strive to create a work environment where all employees can do their best work. Your comment(s) about a bullying culture and that HR doesn’t do anything is patently false. We expect our employees to uphold our Core Values and treat one another with dignity, respect, and professionalism. If an employee is found not to uphold these, a number of disciplinary actions can and have been conducted that may lead up to employee termination. Bullying has never been, nor will be tolerated at Lifesize. If you're willing, we'd be eager to listen to your specific feedback regarding your concerns and areas where we can continue to improve.
