      The colleagues are fun to work with

      Cons

      High politics, favouritism and inefficient management. Incapable leadership invests heavily in US employees and treats Indian employees as cheap labour. People who work hard and are honest are not valued; people who butter up and try to escape from situations are the ones who stay! Another insight - a very high amount of hiring and firing culture.

      Pros

      The company invests heavily in its employees and makes sure that they have access to the tools necessary to be successful. Amazing leadership, culture, and products that put the customers first.

      Cons

      The company is growing rapidly and there are no major cons at the moment other than a lack of US benefits and insurance options which shall change in the upcoming year.
