      Pros

      You learn a lot and get client exposure. Good as a starting place given they are happy to take people straight out of academia. For a consultancy firm resourcing is not as strenuous (but neither is the pay!).

      Cons

      Lack of transparency. Reasons for policies are unclear, and to some degree inexplicable, and a cause for frustration. As noted earlier, pay could be better

      1. Amazing people 2. Approachable Sr. Management 3. Challenging opportunities with good support 4. Fun culture with international planning meetings and a fantastic annual Xmas party

      Work may get really busy and stressful at times, but the company actively tries to manage this.

      Work life balance is not great the majority of the year, despite efforts being made for the past few years.
