There was no work to be done. all I did every day was sit at a desk in a bullpen and stare at the computer with nothing to do. It was so loud I could not hear myself think most of the time for all of the noise and the thought of visiting clients at their homes made me sick to my stomach. Plus your clients are not your own, EVERYONE has their hands in the pot. And the fighting and yelling at each other among the staff was awful.
