Pros
Great co-workers, satisfying work, good salary and benefits. Tuition assistance. Consistent yearly raises and frequent promotions.
Cons
Health insurance is like many other companies now, doesn't cover much and entails high co-pays. Scheduling could be more flexible. Can be high stress, especially when short-handed, high turnover rate in department. Should be easier to take vacation/days off-need 2 months in advance and schedule is often put out last minute.
