Out of touch management. So focused on numbers that they were caught defrauding the federal government by lying about organs recovered. Upper management hides in their office all day every day making policies that don’t really work in the real world. The organization has been taken over by a little man obsessed with spreadsheets and trying to prove to the world that he is good enough. The CEO, while once a kind an caring individual, is all but absent while the organization is sinking. Occasionally they are able to convince him to come out of hiding and show up for a PR event. The woman who currently runs the organ side of Lifebanc is colder than Elsa on a winters morning. She doesn’t have a warm bone or caring thought towards anyone, including her own children, who she is happy to talk negative about in every situation that she can.
