      Life Time has destroyed its own culture. There is no longer growth opportunities and everyone is being overworked and underpaid.

      Cons

      No raises, dissolved all regional positions, poor communicate and very low. salary for expectation

      Very friendly, inviting culture and it’s easy to feel like you belong

      For my team, majority are remote so i come into the office just to be on teams meetings
