      Using the facility. The Cafe

      Cons

      Kenny the GM hides behind his computer all day, pretending to be busy, he is so not a people person but seems to think otherwise, the company overall has a bad system of pay and they actually make money from their employees with all the fees they charge the spa and training staff, it is so not worth it to work here, if you think you want to work in the spa don't bother, not so busy in there from lack of marketing on the company's fault.

      Pros

      Great healthy way of life promoted to employees as part of goals and balance of work with life. Flexible time off with mixture of paid time off.

      Cons

      Does not recognize federal holidays - not a bank - so use personal celebration days to take time off when requested.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
