Pros
Decent pay depending on how busy your store is. There's always someone to call if you have questions. Lead and Area Managers are involved and helpful. They also value hard work and initiative. Benefits are okay. Good experience for your resume.
Cons
They seem to lie about the position. The job is supposed to be 40hrs in a 5 day workweek, but I've been working 6 days a week and working overtime because they're understaffed and won't hire anyone. Being understaffed also means that you'll be dealing with unhappy customers when you're required to work other locations that need coverage. You could also be hired as a store manager but when you start they'll tell you that you're a "floater" and require you to drive to different locations all over the area every day of the week. It could be over an hour commute some days. Despite the title being "Store Manager" you probably won't be managing anyone unless you've got a big store that requires more than one employee. You'll likely be working alone maintaining a large property. If you're serious about a career in management like me, this is a good stepping stone but not somewhere to stay.
