I worked as a healthcare provider I like working with the elderly and caring for sick people. I have a lot of compassion in my heart.

People that are disrespectful I tend to just pray for them and look over to a better situation

So I worked at Life Solutions for about one year ten months. This was a really good job. The only reason why I quit was because my family wanted to relocate and start a new life in Florida. (Brrr Michigan Brrr). Otherwise, I would have continued to work there indefinitely. I have very fond memories from my two years there. The organization is committed to helping others. It’s rare to find a business to work for that is so focused and dedicated as a humanitarian organization. That really makes a big difference in my opinion. The executives in this company are the hardest working people I have ever met. When I worked at Life Solutions, I was in the intake department, which is stressful to say the least. However, the people I worked with were able to give me peace of mind, and they assisted me greatly in showing me how to do my job well. I was impressed with how well the executives were able to roll with the punches of a stressful work environment and still have time for each individual employee. Some of the pros of working here are things like: Good pay. You will be paid well and consistently at this job. They do holiday bonuses, plus they do bonus games too for rewarding large amounts of productions and target achievement. You are working with a purpose too, which is also very helpful. At this job you will never be in a position where you do not have something to do, and the work space is very fast paced.

I do not have much negative things to say about the job. It was very stressful at times, I will say that. But I think that is more an effect of working for a treatment center where you are dealing with recovering drug addicts and alcoholics all the time, not really a result of how they do things at Life Solutions. If anything, I would just say that they could do well by offering more of what they already offer to make employees happy (holiday bonuses, production games, work celebrations, etc).
