Pros

-Company encourages education, training, professional development -Safety conscious. Will purchase any all PPE and supplies needed for a job/project -Managers are professional, respectful, and approachable. Upper management communicates with the workers and listens to it's employees. -A family feel from the top management to your direct supervisor . CEO and President make it a habit of speaking to employees and letting them know what is going on in the company -Employees feel like they are part of a team -Company puts together company functions that allow employees to get to know each other and the management -GREAT PAY! Bonuses! And Pay raises (based on performance not on nepotism) -Incredible medical/dental benefits -401k match -Employee Stock Options -Most importantly employees are treated with respect

Cons

-Nothing I worked there 10 years and I always felt like I had the best job in the world. But if I had to name one drawback it would be that the company has contracts that may or may not be renewed and that can add a little bit of uncertainty. But then again, no job is 100% guaranteed
