Paying job but poor training and favoritism on leads - Sales Associate Life Alert Employee Review

Great co-workers and Boss. Nice office.

No option to work remotely.

Good atmosphere and management team. Superior equipment and service model.

Ridiculous corporate sales requirements to obtain permanent position. Required to make 6 sales in 4 weeks with access to the oldest leads, meaning you are trying to reach people who have been pitched, emailed, phoned 6-10 times. Company has not responded to competition which offers inferior products at much lower prices by informing market of their superior service and equipment. Very inflexible on equipment options which costs sales.
