No benefits till you're confirmed, that is no HMO, no Pension for 6-12 months. Chances are you won't even last that long because of the hiring and firing culture. Seriously the rate of attrition is ridiculous. You could get fired under a month or you could leave on your own. While there, I saw people who came from banks leave shortly after because it's just a very toxic place to work.
The MDs are extreme micromanagers who frankly couldn't care less about the humans working for them, they only care about what you can deliver. Makes for a
very toxic, pressure cooker workplace.
I would advise anyone considering joining Lidya in an investment capacity - be it Relationship analyst, Investment analyst, Investment Associate or even
Collections - think about it carefully, if you have another option, please don't do it. All those roles are just titles, they're all telesales, the only difference is the different commercial targets so there's no growth, no professional growth.
