Pros
1. Friendly co-workers 2. There are instances of celebrations, outings etc which are memorable. 3. CEO and sales team are good - reputed.
Cons
1. Company is not doing good - somehow it did not click. 2. Incompetent engineering leadership. Everyone has to look upto CEO directly. 3. There is no CTO. Urgent need of competent CTO who can make great product strategies with CEO. 4. Very good people have left in last 1 year, few due to politics and other few due to gloomy outlook. 5. Lot of people left are because they are comfortable with environment. 6. Low pay compared to new age startups. 7. No work life balance - mainly due to mismanagement. 8. Substandard people are favoured due to politics. 9. There have been instances of harassment faced by female employees earlier. It is very shameful.
