Pros

Absolutely none. The company is horrible.

Cons

There is no work-life balance. If you mention it, you're chastised. Expect a 40 hour work week, with at least an additional 40 hours of on-call once a month. Profit-sharing is a joke, bonuses are a lie. You are not ENTITLED to a lunch break, and will regularly have to work through it. Bathroom break? After you take another call maybe. They want you to dedicate everything about YOUR life to them. If you're considering coming here, DON'T. If you're okay making WalMart wages, and being cornered into a salary-exempt (no overtime or holiday pay.) You are completely disposable to them. A grinding wheel to get used up, and discarded at their leisure. You're expected to read one of their cult books every month, accept what they say as Gospel, and line yourself up for replacement as they bring in more and more family members to the company. They have let 2 people go without warning since I've been here, and I'm already looking for a way out.

Pros

Great ownership, they really care about the employees and clients.

Cons

Work life balance didn't exist. Taking PTO was nearly impossible unless sick and you would still get called then.
