Flexible Small office (about 3 or 4 people in the office) Laid back environment

I worked here for 2 years. I'm sure I know who put four stars if they've worked here for five years and loved it. Bottom line it is small office, everyone works in front of each other. Not very desirable. Catiness among the women in an understatement. Not true that you have the opportunity to grow. The management (if that is what you call it) is all hired outside the company. They fire you without warning. If you make one mistake your talked about between management with your fellow co workers like filth then you are fired. Not a functional office. Dont waste your time.
