      Pros

      Liberty is a good company to work for. I enjoy my peers and the feel of community support within the organization I work. Even though I am provided enough space to learn and develop my own style, it is comforting to know that I can turn to any member and get honest support and that any supervisor will challenge me to be the best I can be. It feels like working with family.

      None. I hated it all.

      Cons

      I left a great job for this role and was laid off after two months because they didn’t need me. This company ruined my career and my life. Never work here. Listen to the reviews. Whether you’re a care manager or front desk employee, you will find yourself in a job that you will hate. Liberty Resources is genuinely the worst place I’ve worked at and the people there are no better. This place is HIGHLY unethical and do not hire men for the most part.
