      Good pay and benefits, people are friendly. Lots of vacation time given. Bonuses are decent most years.

      Cons

      Unrealistic goals that nobody can meet. They grade you based on things that you have zero control over and are impacted by outside sources.

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
