Pros

No uniform. Can wear what you want

Cons

No holiday pay No benefits No medical Very LOW pay for lots of work to do and they push all of the work on GCS None of the supervisors want to take calls You can’t transfer to the department the customer wants. For instance if they want to speak to the parts and pricing group, you have to lie to them and say there is no way to transfer.. when there is literally an internal transfer option Too many cliques in this place. Nobody is professional and cusses all day long They want you to lie to customers instead of doing their job to help them The office space is very small and cramped up They want you to solicit for Google reviews Just overall bad experience for the low pay. It’s NY Acosta of living is high 16/hr does not cut it!
