LexX technology is an established business, with a developed and understandable product and relations to its multiple clients. Fantastic opportunity for students to secure a valuable internship and/or a part-time job. Reasonable compensation package for junior staff. Flexibility (for part-time contracts), nice work to life balance. Awesome opportunity for learning cutting-edge technologies with resources and support from senior management provided. Ability to use these technologies in the development cycle. Management did a great effort to improve the organisational and development processes. Comprehensive product documentation. Comfortable office (a dedicated room in the YBF building in Melbourne) conveniently located in the CBD.
Cons
Lack of senior engineering staff. Some technologies used in the stack seem not quite right for the job, however you always may convince the technical management to alter that.
