Failed strategy - Anonymous employee Lextech Global Services Employee Review

My ideas and input are valued and heard; some have been implemented. Extreme flexibility/work from anywhere model. Leaders trust me to do my job and let me do it. Leadership team has been extremely transparent with business pipeline as well as health of the organization.

Consulting work is not for everyone. Recent projects have deviated from our core "bread and butter". Stability was in question during initial COVID wave and required some layoffs.

The HR recruiter found me on Linkedin. I was reluctant to interview since my industry background is different than Lextech. My recruiter stayed with me and encouraged me to interview. She focused on my project management skills and gave me the confidence I needed to feel that I would be a good candidate for the position. She made herself available to answer any questions I had and even made sure to call me after each stage of the interview process. The interview process consisted of a phone interview with the VP of Business Development then a Skype interview with one of the Managing Director. After that, I was invited to a face-to-face interview with the VP of Business Development and the Director of Finance. I received an offer a few days later. I've been with Lextech for a little under a month and have found that her description of the company and the people I work for are spot on. The people are very nice and are always willing to help and answer any questions I may have. It is very different than your typical corporate environment.

I don't see any "cons" to the process, leadership, training, etc. at this time.
