Pros
Lexmark used to be one of the most employee friendly organizations in Kolkata. I have spent the bulk of my career there (9 years), and I don't regret it. WLB is one of the best. My management chain was always fully supportive and encouraging, and the HR team was ready to help at crucial junctures.
Cons
With multiple changes in leadership and ownership, a lot has changed. The relaxed work environment also attracts people with little to no capabilties. A previously thriving organization is seemingly running on fumes and only time will tell how the acquisition by Xerox pans out.
