Pros

1. Work-life Balance 2. Great Colleagues 3. Employees are not micro-managed 4. Hyrbid Setup 5. Managers are friendly and supportive 6. Great reputation in Cebu 7. Overall still a great company to jumpstart your career especially for newbies.

Cons

1. Salary is not competitive anymore vs industry standards today. Used to be a leader in terms of compensation maybe 10 years ago. 2. No increases for lateral transfers even if the role has bigger responsibilities. 3. No increases for promotions if you have received merit increase same year. 4. You have to rely mostly on merit increases to up salary which might take years to catch up the industry standards 5. Job codes/levels defining pay ranges are not transparent (employees don't know actual pay within each job code) 6. When you reach the highest job code, there is no motivation to apply to another role as pay remains the same and you'd have to reply on merit increases from then on unless you apply for a manager position. 7. Shift allowance is not really shift allowance because employees only get the allowance if you work in the office. This policy was only mentioned when everyone worked from home during the pandemic and many felt shortchanged because as far as everyone were concerned, a shift allowance is given in consideration of the shift and not on any other condition before pandemic as there was not a precedent before pandemic that people were working from home. So none received the allowance the whole pandemic while workding from and still continues today for work from home days. But none complained when it was announced because everyone was still thankful to keep their jobs.
