Pros

Used to be a really fun place to work with a clear shared mission. More recently is only about KPIs and money made. Nothing is done to celebrate the hard work of others unless you're in sales.

Cons

Directors and below pit employees against one another, and micromanage to an extreme. This is an extremely toxic work environment, if you're thinking about joining... do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Long standing employees are overworked and are not appreciated. Little to no future career prospects from this company.

This year we’ve rolled out a number of ways to communicate as well as recognize good work and our great people. We’ve added numerous training opportunities, a mentoring program, and are actively working to promote from within. Focusing on our culture daily helps to ensure team members are recognized for their value and contribution in helping keep the communities we serve safe and supported.

Pros

The people you work with are mission driven. Truly helping first responders.

Cons

1. Leadership not tenured long at all. 2. Leadership are not mission driven people at all but claim to be. 3. Lot of leadership turnover. 4. Became very political. 5. Everyone right now is CYA and brown nosing. 6. No job security at all. Will hire and fire without cause. VERY high turnover. 7. Companies reputation is going down. 8. They are eliminating sales people currently, so if you get hired as one, its temporary to build pipeline and close.
