Pros

Company mission is good.

Cons

Heed this rating. No growth. No Opportunities. Compensation filled with falsehoods. Raises nonexistent. Bonuses not paid out. Benefit package poor. Annual reviews useless. Goal process poor. Owned by private equity firm not interested in client growth. Not interested in employee enrichment. Mission to inflate company value and resell at a profit above all things. Don't waste time here. Leadership at all levels is unethical. You will not be treated with respect or valued for your experience. Don't blemesh your career path by working here. Tried to make it work here, liked mission and industry. Environment too toxic to last. Nepotism and buddy systems runs strong. Employees are promoted to positions that are never posted internally. Not an equal opportunity employer. Not alone in these reviews. Hope others will take to Glassdoor and write the truth. Purpose for my review to prevent others from making poor career choice to work here. Intent for organization to make change for better.

Pros

The people you work with are mission driven. Truly helping first responders.

Cons

1. Leadership not tenured long at all. 2. Leadership are not mission driven people at all but claim to be. 3. Lot of leadership turnover. 4. Became very political. 5. Everyone right now is CYA and brown nosing. 6. No job security at all. Will hire and fire without cause. VERY high turnover. 7. Companies reputation is going down. 8. They are eliminating sales people currently, so if you get hired as one, its temporary to build pipeline and close.

Lexipol has experienced significant leadership and organizational change, and we understand that can create uncertainty. Those changes are intended to strengthen the company, and building trust through communication, accountability and consistency remains a key focus for our leadership team. We also want to be clear that employee performance and development are supported through established performance management processes designed to provide coaching, feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
