      Pros

      If you are currently working retail, consider working here. The pay, hours, and customer service conditions are probably not any worse, and you will have some fabulous co-workers and get to use some creativity!

      Cons

      If you are a librarian, stay away. You will be treated like a page/clerk and spend the majority of your time doing circulation tasks and paging. LPL has recently decided that "librarians" do not even need an undergraduate degree.
