      Pros

      Early start times, straightforward process getting signed up with them, really friendly staff on the other end of the phone whenever and wherever required. Routing is pre-set so loading is not required as parcels are already sorted into bags. Good pay for the work that you have to do AND the rest of the team are a good laugh.

      Cons

      Job requires you to be fit as you are on your feet for a lot of the day but I thoroughly enjoy it! Lost 2 stone since I've started here!!!!

      Other drivers are good people

      Vans are not road worthy 90% of the time Cost of repairing the vans is extortion £40 a day to rent a van that is dirty and broken get told the night before that you're working but then when you show up, you told your spared and you can go home with no compensation for the travel there and back Expectations to do 110 plus stops in rural places Management has clear favouritism towards certain genders
