Awful & Dishonest Company to work for - Field Tech Lewis Environmental Employee Review

Dishonest owner. Dishonest upper management. Family owned & operates. Extremely unorganized. On-call 24/7. Middle management is a mess. Zero retirement (unless you call 15 cents up to 3% a retirement plan. Only way to move up is be in good with the "good ole boys". Oh & they'll tell you they can't give you a bonus for all of your hard work and exhaustive hours the morning of the day they're supposed to give it to you, but the owner is worth about 5-10 million in profit. ZERO family life. Awful health benefits ($400+ for a family per pay period!
