Pros
Has good number of customers to work with or switch around the projects. Overall compesation model is good but can be great. I worked with Dutch team and especially banking customer.
Cons
For me it was about not positioned rightly - I was recruited for GenAI but i was doing something else at customers place. so these kind of mismatches should be spotted early and regular interactions with account teams will help.
