Pros
Flexible working. Interesting work places.
Cons
1. Bullying management. 2. No respect for any staff. 3. Minimum pay for general staff and then expectation for managers to get 'the best' out of people. 4. No commitment from casual staff. 5. Senior managers wash hands of any problems by passing down to middle managers. 6. Training is online and expected to be done in personal time. It takes many hours. 7. Senior managers REFUSED to work on weekends and even though made assurances weekends would be rotated, left it all to middle management. 8. Waited over a year for new essential equipment. 9. No respect for days off - you'll receive calls at all times. 10. Extremely poor recruitment process without any budget whatsoever. 11. Paperwork is absolutely ridiculous. You'll fill in the same page 5 times for one thing and spend more time in the office figuring out what forms to complete than managing your team.
