The CEO is very nice man and tries to understand you.
Cons
I experienced lots of pressure and stress in a short period of time there just because of bad management practices and leadership. There is not any word order and everybody tells you a anything and you will be confused what to do. And also I agree that you can be fired any time without any eligible reason.
