      Pros

      Quickly gain work experience in the electrical field and then get the hell out.

      Cons

      Management will pigeon hold you a position where raises are unreasonable low with very little advancement and will not hesitate to get rid of you for no cause using the at will stipulation in the hiring agreement.

      Pros

      Excellent Management Team. They recognize your strengths and work with you. As long as you are proactive you will be rewarded. Upper Management easy to talk to. Open door policy.

      Cons

      Employees rarely leave so it's a little hard to move up. Slow pay raise.
