Great Company - Legal Cashier Levi Solicitors Employee Review

A lot of the staff are very friendly, its not a very corporate environment and you aren't micromanaged. Would recommend if you are new to legal and need experience. There are opportunities to move up quickly.

Management is all over the place with big ideas and decisions that are then cancelled shortly after, the office furniture is from the 90s/2000s and the tools you are given to work with are terrible. Everyone is also moved frequently which is always unorganised (I was moved 8 times in 12 months sometimes back to the same desk) pay is shockingly low and turnover is high.

Good work life balance, supportive management team and Partners, decent benefits, diverse and inclusive, good opportunities for progression, active CSR group, hybrid working. I honestly love working here, it’s a firm with a lot of heart - and we have a laugh which is important.
