HR Department is horrible. They let an older male employee harass me for 2 months and blamed me for it when all the other employees in office knew it was him. HR didn't want to reprimand a 50 year old man vs a 34 year old woman. They made my life there unbearable after that until I quit. Before this event I was being trained to be a recruiter so the moment a position opened up but the moment I complained they stopped my training and told me they couldn't promote me anymore with no excuse.
