Extreme transparency - everyone is aware of how the business is doing from financials to product to growth Talent density - everyone is so talented which is why most people think our team is 4-5x larger than we are Mission - very mission driven company and employees

Remote - Allows us to get talent from all others but most wish to be able to spend more time in person with colleagues Regulatory - Even though Levels is a wellness company we work with medically regulated devices (CGMs) so it does make typical ecommerce playbooks harder to execute

Remote first and designed with that in mind. Wonderful colleagues and a worthy mission.

Potentially over-investing in culture, but maybe for the best!
