Pros

I’ve been part of this company for more than five years, and I can say it’s been a huge part of my personal and professional growth. When I started, I barely knew much, but the company gave me every opportunity, resource, and support to learn and get better. Now, looking back, I’m proud of how far I’ve come. They genuinely value your effort and make sure it doesn’t go unnoticed. The appreciation you get here is real, not just in words but in how they reward hard work. There’s always room to grow, and if you show dedication, they’ll give you space to thrive. What stands out most is the culture and leadership. The owner truly cares about the people behind the work. It’s rare to find a company that focuses on results but still leads with heart. It feels great to be in a place where your value is seen and appreciated every day.

Cons

So far, I haven't experienced anything I'd really consider a con.

Pros

* Fair salary. Honestly, way better than what a bunch of other companies are offering. * The team’s got your back with their support and willingness to collaborate. * Management is approachable, hands-on, and genuinely cares about you and your growth. * You get to learn with their paid courses and weekly access to mentoring sessions on different niches like GHL, Facebook Ads, etc. * Every week, you get face time with the higher-ups, even the owner, Joe Rare, to address client or work issues. * Remote-friendly with fixed hours for full-time and flexible schedules for VAs.

Cons

* Work is sometimes fast-paced, so you need to stay organized and be on your toes every shift. * Dealing with clients can be challenging, but support is always available.
