Pros
Small and rapidly growing/expanding company with an ambitious owner makes this a fantastic opportunity for someone to grow into more and more responsibility. And the owner recognizes and rewards performance readily!
Cons
Not so much a con unless you want a big company... but the fact that it is a small and rapidly growing company with an ambitious owner doesn't make this a good fit for someone that likes the creature comforts of a slow stodgy mega company
