The previous review which states there is good training is most likely written by management because there is no/little training.
Cons
Where to start… Number one con which everything stems from is how horrible the owner is. He will randomly come down and start screaming at staff for whatever reason he decides that day. Quite often he gets angry for there being no customers and decides to blame staff when in reality he has driven all of the customers away himself.
Every single staff member who has ever worked at the cable park refuses to come back almost entirely because of how they have been treated by Pete Boyle.
Staff turnover is huge due to him being so horrible.
Safety is a second thought.. until something goes wrong and then Pete will blame the staff for not having the safety measures implemented. Regardless if they have been brought up to management before or not. He will do anything to save himself money and take money from his customers.
