It's generally not hard to find people to tutor (especially during the school year), and the quality of students is generally pretty high. You do have to reply to a lot of ads, but if you do that you will find people. Lessonpal handles all of the payment stuff so I don't have to worry about that.

You do have to pay your own self-employment taxes since Lessonpal isn't an employer and so doesn't send you a W-2 form.

Able to find clients somewhat easily

Everyone undercuts their rates, so hard to get payed well.
