-Low salary -too much politics and nepotism -even if u able to produce high quality product, ur still won’t move up in ranking if ur not involved in management matters and taking job way above your pay. -won’t admit mistakes even if it clearly management fault -bootlicking is mandatory, no lick no gain -10 years loyalty award is laughable -Has spies on social media and even here in glassdoor! U never safe anywhere. -Small fault will be remembered the whole year and be punished with low salary increment
