Pros
It's a huge company, working for great projects and on large systems. It grants a secure monetary income. It gives the opportunity of changing the working area without change the company because the products goes from software for the government to military software/instrumentation
Cons
Selex ES has a very very poor carrier progression in the technical area, usually an engineer has a single step progression after about 4 years, and then it probably stops. Even the salary it's sometimes below the average and bonuses are rare.
