Cons
Board of Directors are all waiting for retirement and are in for an ‘easy ride’ therefore life is easy for middle mgrs but not challenging. Senior Mgrs are stagnated and there is little opportunity to progress upwards due to lack of new business for individuals to take on and develop. Very poor at marketing therefore a few new contracts are won to work on. The company is institutionally ageist it is nigh impossible to get onto the executive scheme if you are under 30.
