Pros
Leon's is a good platform to meet people and work on your next thing. They were willing to work with my schedule while I went back to school, they were pretty cool about taking time off for important life events, and your coworkers become family pretty quickly if you let them. Most people moved on to something bigger and better after working here. The clientele is pretty cool for the most part, too. You can do so so much worse in the square- people are usually at Leon's because they want to be, not because they just need to eat.
Cons
All the downsides of the restaurant industry- you work long hours and sometimes you don't get along with your coworkers. Leon's could be demanding that you know everything about the menu, so if you don't care or can't fake it you will probably not have fun there. The really talented back of house staff and bartenders enthusiasm for making cool stuff is pretty contagious, so even if it sounds lame at first you might enjoy it. It makes work go by faster when you get into it, at least.
