      Work remote. Full medical coverage including spouse.

      Cons

      CEO demands an unimaginable goal to be met. Unrealistic expectation with the least support. No structure. He wants a lot of sale but doesn't want to spend on marketing and hiring more people. He kept on comparing EU market to North America which is crazy stupid.
