The employers at Leo are tough. They don’t take BS, but they show they care for their employees in a lot of ways. For the most part, there isn’t a toxic culture among the employees either (which there totally could be)
Cons
They didn’t adapt very well to the pandemic. Their formal training procedures were pretty much non-existent; before you would just observe and be among your peers to ask questions and learn. This translated extremely poorly to a work from home setting.
