Pros
The benefits package was very nice. Health insurance and other coverage was good. Plenty of overtime for certain departments, some occasionally but it's there when they have it.
Cons
I left a very reputable company for Lenze when they promised advancement and different forms of cross training. I thought it was going to be a great opportunity. I even took a slight paycut for it. A couple months to a little almost a year I have found that there is in fact no advancement. There is a lot of favoritism on the floor. If they didn't like you or if you weren't part of their group, you will be made to feel like you are incapable of learning anything new. The amount of gossip and backstabbing behind other's backs on the night shift was astounding. Problematic employees, despite having many issues with other colleagues were kept. Not fired or disciplined so they often got away with bullying and making the workday quite a miserable experience. It was a very toxic environment overall.
