Pros
If you make friends with the right people, life will be easier. Great IT team. Your probation period will be your best time in the job, so if you only want to stay for 3 months, you should fine
Cons
Run by a management gang of bullies with no training whatsoever, there was no hr department for years until recently. Unfair dismissals, no chance of promotion, micromanagement as far as the eye can see. The only culture in the company is that of fear.
